Orton, Kettering

We have recently completed a very exciting development of four units in Orton, Kettering for a high-end quality regional house builder. The project was part refurbishment and part new-build. We were delighted to be part of their vision and aided with the design process particularly on plots 1 and 2.
 
Plots 1 and 2 were all part of the original development and the properties had been renovated to a very high exacting standard. Our Chatsworth 2 sliding sash windows fitted the design perfectly to replicate the original box sash windows, all fitted into a check reveal, with extended headliners. To the rear of plot 1, an orangery was added, whereby the client chose our Glenfield flush casement window, including a rake to form the sloping roof lights, along with our French doorsets.
 
Plots 3 and 4 were again part refurbishment, and part new build, favouring again our Glenfield flush casement windows complemented by our Climate front doors, Bi Fold doors and French doorsets. Plot 4’s front screens and doorsets where all-purpose made elliptical curves to suit the existing opening.
 
All windows and doors were manufactured in accordance with part Q of the building regulations, factory finished and glazed to match the RAL colour chosen by our client.
