| Popular as Housing Association's favoured budget door, the Beaufort steel faced door offers security and increased thermal efficiency to that of a traditional timber door. With hot zinc dipped galvanized steel face, laminated FSC timber subframe and CFC free polyurethane core, the Beaufort door set will not crack, warp or splinter. The Beaufort steel door set has a primed for paint finish, hung in a timber frame and fitted with multipoint or mortice locks. All door sets will have low-level mobility threshold to achieve Part M as well as a Stormguard threshold seal. Doors are hung on 100mm stainless steel ball race hinges. For extra security we can offer the door sets as a PAS24 Secured by Design option. This door has the Steel Face increased to 0.7mm, has anti-jemmy stainless steel hinges, multipoint lock, Kitemarked anti-bump cylinders and security lever sets as standard. Unlike many of our competitors we offer Chrome ironmongery as standard with matching letter plates,viewers and door chains as optional extras. With over fourteen separate doors designs there is a design for both modern and traditional style of building. As standard the Beaufort steel door is manufactured in sizes of 762, 838, 863 and 914mm wide, with height options of 1960, 1981 and 2013mm high All door sets are delivered with a base coat to receive site decoration only Finished standard doorset size with either 57mm hardwood cill, a 44mm composite cill or an option for a frame without a cill
